The Lovely Girl online store delivers orders with the following delivery services:

You can get acquainted with the addresses and work schedule of the”Nova Poshta” courier service offices here, UkrPoshta – here. You can also pick up your order yourself in Lviv or use courier delivery around the city.
The cost of delivery by courier services is formed according to the tariffs of the postal operator and is not included in the cost of goods. The cost of delivery by courier in Lviv is formed individually.
Delivery time of your order depends on the postal operator: “Nova Poshta” – 1-3 days, UkrPoshta – 1-7 days in Ukraine.
Before payment, check the availability of the goods with the store manager or on the website. Delivery services do not have the possibility of fitting or partial redemption of goods, but there is a review of goods before payment.
- Payment at the post office (in addition to the cost of the order, the cost of delivery of the goods, the commission on the cost of the goods and the cost of delivery of the money transfer are paid).
- Visa and MasterCard payment cards of any bank in the world, as well as Masterpass, GooglePay, ApplePay, IBox terminal. The payment service is provided by the Fondy payment system using a modern and secure payment card authorization mechanism. According to the Law of Ukraine, underwear, swimwear, hosiery aren`t subject to return and exchange. Realizing that it is difficult to find such a delicate product without fitting, we go to meet customers and make an exchange. The exchange is made at the expense of the buyer.
Return of underwear and swimwear is possible only in the office of the postal operator when inspecting the shipment and only because of non-conformity of the goods to the order, improper quality, incomplete equipment, inconsistency of description and photo. The return period is within 14 days after receipt by the customer. Refunds – within 10 days of receiving the return of goods from the online store. The exchange is carried out within 14 days of receipt of the goods in the warehouse.

Delivery of orders abroad is carried out by postal operators “Nova Poshta” and UkrPoshta. Tariffs and delivery times are formed individually for each order according to the tariffs of the postal operator.
